The Frontier DreamCatchers club was founded by Sarah and Sophie Constantine of Frontier High School in 2012. We brought the club to our school after participating in an event with the Liberty High School Dreamcatchers club, who picked up the club from Caitlin Crommett. We work through Optimal Hospice to grant the wishes of their patients. DreamCatchers is now embarking on their third year at FHS and we hope to fulfill many more of the patient's dreams.
