Presents, a beautiful card, a mini Christmas tree, and a stocking full of gifts--ready to go! We will be delivering it to the patient on Monday! Thanks to everyone who has helped make this patient's dream come true and fill his holidays with joy!
The Frontier DreamCatchers club was founded by Sarah and Sophie Constantine of Frontier High School in 2012. We brought the club to our school after participating in an event with the Liberty High School Dreamcatchers club, who picked up the club from Caitlin Crommett. We work through Optimal Hospice to grant the wishes of their patients. DreamCatchers is now embarking on their third year at FHS and we hope to fulfill many more of the patient's dreams.
