The Frontier DreamCatchers club was founded by Sarah and Sophie Constantine of Frontier High School in 2012. We brought the club to our school after participating in an event with the Liberty High School Dreamcatchers club, who picked up the club from Caitlin Crommett. We work through Optimal Hospice to grant the wishes of their patients. DreamCatchers is now embarking on their third year at FHS and we hope to fulfill many more of the patient's dreams.

Happy Birthday Wendy Wayne
Frontier DreamCatchers would not exist without Wendy Wayne. She spent her entire life helping others (in this picture she is in Africa adminstering the polio vaccine) and was a huge believer in random acts of kindness. Although she lost her battle with cancer in 2012, her influence and legacy has remained strong. She was the inspiration behind Frontier DreamCatchers. Happy birthday Wendy, we all miss you very much
