Every year, the Kern High School District hosts the PEAAK Awards (Promoting Excellence in Athletics and Activities in Kern). This year, Frontier DreamCatchers was nominated under the Best Community Service Project category!! We are honored to be nominated!
The Frontier DreamCatchers club was founded by Sarah and Sophie Constantine of Frontier High School in 2012. We brought the club to our school after participating in an event with the Liberty High School Dreamcatchers club, who picked up the club from Caitlin Crommett. We work through Optimal Hospice to grant the wishes of their patients. DreamCatchers is now embarking on their third year at FHS and we hope to fulfill many more of the patient's dreams.
